Unistore provides branded and designed merchandise collections in collaboration with student associations, schools, universities and other student related organizations. We also produce merchandise for events, startups and other businesses. Contact us for more information.
How to order
To order products is easy. Simply pick a product, choose the size and click add to cart. All items in your order will be gathered in the cart. When you are done picking your products, go to the cart by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right of the screen. Click Checkout to get to the checkout page. Enter your email and shipping details, payment details and finally confirm your order. An order confirmation will be sent to your email shortly.
We accept the following payment solutions: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from that you have received your order confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping takes between 3-5 business days from that your order has been processed. You will receive and email when your order is on it’s way. In most cases, your order will be available to pick up from a PostNord delivery center. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to be picked up.
We ship within Sweden. Please contact our customer service if you want to ship to another country.
When ordering from us, your product is most likely produced on demand, specifically for you. Thanks to our on demand production, we can reduce overproduction and avoid surplus stock.
We do not accept returns on products that have been produced on demand. We offer a 14 day returns policy for products that are being stocked in our warehouse.
Look for “Produced on demand” or “Stocked in warehouse” in the product description on the product page of the specific product that you want to order.
Therefore, please do not order more products than you need and use our size guide to make sure you order a size that fits you.
If you wish to return your order, please contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with further instructions. Please provide your order number and specify the reason why you wish to return your order.
Any claims for misprinted / damaged / defective items must be submitted to us as soon as possible after the product has been received.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
